Me and my roommate are looking for one more person for our 3-Bedroom 1-Bath close to the UW campus! The lease dates are from Sept. 9th 2026 to August 31st 2027, this would be considered a lease takeover as our 3rd roommate is no longer in need of a room. The room is on the main floor where the kitchen is, whereas the other two are up another flight of stairs with the bathroom and balcony. Close to 31/32 Bus route, link, the ave, and a 0.5 mile walk to UW campus.

My roommate and I are both going into our Senior year, graduating June of 2027. Myself in Environmental and American Indian Studies and her in Public Health.We’re looking for someone who we can get along with in our last year, preferably clean! Hello! I'm looking to sublease Bedroom A of my apartment at the Oliv Seattle. 14th floor. I live with one other girl, so it's a 2-bed x 1-bath apartment. For the summer, my roommate prefers female residents, but after the summer, anyone can take over this apartment.

I'm flexible with the summer dates and open to anyone taking my lease for September 2026-August 2027 as well. Rent is $ 1,640 for the summer, and rent for September 2026 and beyond is $1,705.

The apartment is fully furnished with a bed, desk, and a spacious closet. Wifi is already included, and utilities are usually between $50-$80 per month. There's an in-unit washer/dryer as well.

It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the University of Washington, less than a block from the light rail, and grocery stores (Safeway and Trader Joe's). There are many amenities like a heated pool, gym, sauna, study rooms, free prints, and a direct package service.
