Aakash
Hi! I’m Aakash, an incoming full-time MBA student at UW Foster moving to Seattle from Hong Kong. I used to work in tech, and now I'm heading back to school. I'm looking for a friendly, clean, and relaxed place to live where we can both study and chill out. My Routine & Habits Schedule: I’m usually an early riser. The MBA schedule is pretty busy, so I’ll be out on campus or at the library most of the day. Cleanliness: I’m very neat and like to clean as I go. I always do my dishes right after eating, and I really value keeping the kitchen and living room clean. Social Vibe: I love making new friends and networking. I like the apartment to be a quiet, peaceful place during the week so we can both recharge (no loud music or late nights on weekdays). But I definitely love hosting friends for dinner, drinks, or holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas when the schedule allows! I’m big on open communication so we’re always on the same page. Hobbies I’m a huge foodie and love all kinds of Asian food (Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese) and, of course, a good pizza. I cook most of my own meals and would love to cook together or share food sometime. To unwind, I love playing sports like badminton and basketball, going swimming, and hiking. If it sounds like we’d get along well, feel free to drop me a message. Happy to chat more! You may contact me on insta @aakash10_mvp

Dennis
Hi, I'm Dennis I'm moving all the way from Florida to start my Doctorate at UW so everything's brand new to me. I consider myself very chill and clean, I'm most likely going to be in my room studying or jogging but I do enjoy cooking and exploring new food places. I'm looking to fill into pre-existing 2-4 bed housing within walking distance to UW campus or the light rail. My budget is around 800-1100$, I'm not familiar with Seattle pricing yet but that's the rate I paid for my previous place in Florida. I don't really have any strict preferences other than being respectable of cleanliness, privacy and etiquette, it would be a plus if you're also in the medical programs. I'm open to helping look for apartments/housing if we find a group with similar preferences and goals as well. I'm currently just browsing around Northgate, Pinehurst, Ravenna and Capitol Hill. Please feel free to PM! ty!!!
