Hello! My name is Chloe, I am from Orange County, CA, and I am an incoming Ph.D. student in Information Science at UW. I am currently an administrative assistant for my state's largest disability non-profit and have been working in disability services for the past three years. I love serving my community through access and sharing resources related to disability justice. Outside of my work, I am a HUGE movie buff and love to thrift shop when I can. I also love to bake, kayak, try new restaurants, and organize parties (mostly movie-watching parties or Jackbox playoffs). When looking for housing and roommates, I am a night owl (I work best at night) and love to sleep in (12 pm or 2 pm) but can be a morning person when needed for school, work, and special events. I prefer quiet hours from 10 pm weekdays and 12 am on weekends in shared spaces (might be different for finals and summer break). This is the current system that works for my housemates, and open to discussing changes. I also have noise sensitivity to fireworks and might be out of town for firework-heavy holidays and events. I prefer to have my own room, and I can share bathrooms and kitchens. I love exploring new locations, attending community events, and gaining more opportunities to learn about the city. I would love to have housemates to go on spontaneous boba runs or organize weekend trips outside the city. I prefer a clean space as well and have as little clutter as possible. This is something I am committed to maintaining too; I hope to collaborate in making a clean, safe, and welcoming space with my future housemates.

I'm a transfer student from community college so it'll be my first year at UW, looking for 1 or more roommates to find an apartment with. I love the outdoors (hiking, backpacking), going to the gym, playing sports, listening to music, going out occasionally, and trying new things. I'll be up early on weekdays and like to keep my space fairly clean. I have no problem with other people being in the house.
