I'm a first-year looking for an on or off-campus apartment next fall (possibly starting earlier). I plan to live with my cat so a roommate who isn't allergic would be great and a roommate who has a cat is even better. I'm very quiet but will open up once you get to know me. I love drawing, crochet, reading (when I'm not burnt out), and listening to music, among other things. I get up early a couple times a week to exercise so a roommate who doesn't mind the noise (or wants to join me) would also be nice.

Hello! I'm a 3rd year Environmental Engineering student at UW and I'm looking for other people to move in with me at a 4 bedroom (6 beds) 1700 square foot unit at Trailside Student Living in Seattle.
There are 2 single bedrooms with personal bedrooms and 2 double (extra big but with two beds) bedrooms with a shared bathroom and common bedroom. I am also looking for someone to be in a double room with me. The bathrooms for the doubles are also larger.
Rent is currently $1100 each for the slightly larger shared bedroom and about $1550 for the single bedrooms. Utilities are about 50$ a month, and with the mail charges and miscellaneous other stuff, extra money on top is 75$ a month.
I study a lot and am quiet in the mornings and evenings, roommate rules would be decided upon as a group.
I never host parties, but sometimes (once a month) will have over 4 or 5 friends for dinner/movie.
I'm a very clean person and I'd like people who usually clean up after themselves without being asked. I clean my room about every day.
I don't smoke or drink but I don't have an issue with other people doing it as long as they aren't loud on weeknights and respect reasonable sleep schedules.
I paint, bake, and play video games as hobbies. There will usually be some kind of muffins or loaf that you can snack on.
A bit about me, I'm a big nature person and you can usually find me on a walk in the park, working out at the gym, or hanging out with my friends.
TL;DR, I'd like a clean, respectful woman roommate who is friendly and can afford a budget somewhere between 1125-1625 (these are with extras included), the leases are all separate so if one person defaults, only they would be penalized.
Text my number and we can discuss!
Also I prefer people who are friendly towards all minorities and marginalized people, if you are not, I cannot be your roommate.
